Delivery and Shipping Information

Most orders will be shipped within the same week by Speedpost Worldwide Courier. For better value, shipping to Malaysia will be via Speedpost Air Parcel. If there is a problem with your order like credit card data or where an item is sold out, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone and your order will be delayed until we receive your response. 

1. Delivery Charges and Transit times - Delivery charges are based on the weight of the items ordered and the destination rate.

2. Local Delivery - All local orders above the value of SGD 50 are entitled to free delivery within Singapore. For local deliveries below SGD 50, a charge of SGD 5.00 is added to your purchase amount. Local deliveries are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days and should reach the destination in another 1 or 2 days

3. International Delivery - Every Speedpost package is assigned a tracking number with which you can track your order. This number will be emailed to you as we process your shipment. Speedpost Worldwide Courier typically takes 2-5 working days to reach most destinations after the order leaves our warehouse. You can track your order by clicking on the link on our homepage. If you have any questions about the shipping time and cost for your country or if your country is not on the list of destinations, please e-mail us at sales@eunikeliving.com

4. Customs - Please note that the merchandise and shipping cost does not include any tax or duties levied by your customs once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office to find out more. We will not refund any shipping charges if your orders cannot be cleared and are returned to us by the customs. We will not bear any additional costs incurred related to the return of that package.

All items are described on the customs clearance consignment note accordingly. If it is a gift, it will be marked "Gift," on the package but the cost of the items is still stated on the form.
