We know that you want your gift to help the recipient check-off house cleaning from her to-do’s list. Because we take into account many factors when pricing a home cleaning service, including the individuality of the people who live there, the size and configuration of the house; it's very difficult to tell you exactly how much to spend on a gift for house cleaning.

Purchasing, Sending and Redeeming the Gift Voucher for our store products and cleaning services is simple.

Step 1) Purchasing Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using the store standard payment method(s). Once purchased, the value of the Gift Voucher will be registered and stored in our system.

When the recipient is issued the Gift Voucher Number, he/she can check the balance value of the Gift Voucher anytime from our system.

Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Step 2) Sending Gift Vouchers

When you purchase a gift voucher, you will also be sending it to the recipient electronically in one simple process. You will be required to specify the following:

- The name of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher to.
- The email address of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher to.
- The telephone contact of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher to.
- The amount you want to send as a gift voucher.
- A short message for your recipient (optional)

Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly. When you confirm that the details are correct, you will make payment for the purchase. An email notification for the gift voucher purchase will be sent to you. Once the payment has been received by us, we will send an email to inform your recipient that you have sent him/her a Gift Voucher. The email will contain details of the gift voucher amount, the gift voucher code and your message to the recipient. Your recipient can redeem for products and services once she has received the email notification.

Step 3) Redeeming Gift Vouchers

If you receive a Gift Voucher by email it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Voucher, along with possibly a short message from them. The email will also contain the Gift Voucher Number. It is probably a good idea to print out this email for future reference.

You can now proceed to redeem the Gift Voucher for products in our Shop or cleaning services that we provide.

a)  Redeeming for products in our Shop

Just proceed to our Shop and get the products that you want. During the checkout process, you can use the gift voucher to pay for the products you chose. Just enter the gift voucher number, Apply Gift Voucher and confirm the order.

The system will validate the gift voucher number and value. If the remaining value of the gift voucher is less than the amount of your purchase, you will be asked to make payment for the shortfall via our store standard payment method(s).

b)  Redeeming for our cleaning services

Please contact us to redeem the gift voucher for our cleaning services. If you have requested for a Residential On-line quote, please provide us with the reference number. After we have confirmed your requirement for the cleaning services and the size and general condition of your house, we will then advise the actual cost. In some instances e.g. landed property, we may have to arrange for a quick site visit to provide you with the actual cost.

Let us know the date you require the cleaning to be done and the gift voucher number for redemption. We will validate that in our system and schedule for the cleaning.

If the remaining value of the gift voucher is less than the actual cost for the cleaning service, we will require you to pay us the difference on cleaning day.
