Exchange and Refund Policy In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, or that the merchandise is defective, you are entitled to a one to one exchange. However the merchandise must first be returned to us in the same condition as it was received. (All tags, product labels must not be removed.) Local customers please contact up to make the arrangement for exchange. Overseas customers have to take care of the shipping charges for sending the merchandise to us. We will only cover the return shipping charge if the item is found to be defective. We will bear all cost if any merchandise is sent wrongly. Upon receipt of the wrong product, (which must be in the same condition as when received) and send the correct one at our own cost. If an item cannot be fulfilled we will provide credit or a full refund on your purchase. We must be notified of any returns, 5 days from the receipt of the merchandise and they must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
